The location of this hotel couldn't be better, with easy access to the village center and ski lifts. It was so convenient for exploring the mountains during the spring and summer. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and provide excellent service.
One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay was the food. While it was plentiful and there was a variety of options, I found that some of the dishes were a bit odd for my taste.

Great views of the mountains from the hotel. the meals were good with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a spot that made it easy to access local transportation and explore the area.
The hotel room lacked air conditioning making it uncomfortable to sleep at night with the windows open on hot summer nights.

We had a fantastic stay! Best aspects included excellent facilities, lovely outside pool, and a nice sauna area. The location to the ski slopes was convenient, just outside of the village of Hinterglemm. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located in the village centre, just across the road from the ski lifts and a short distance from fabulous hikes. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. the staff provide excellent service, making you feel welcome and attended to throughout your stay. the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with fresh produce and a wide selection of options. the outdoor pool offers a stunning view of the mountains, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.
Some of the portions for dinner were disappointingly small.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm valley was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and wellness center, which had an amazing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel had a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
